Every Healthy Home Dallas inspection follows the same independent process, whether it’s a fast real estate turnaround or a full residential assessment.
1. Schedule
Call, email, or request a quote online. We’ll ask a few questions about what prompted the inspection — visible mold, a musty odor, a past leak, a real estate transaction, or just a routine check — so we can scope the right service before we arrive.
2. On-Site Assessment
A licensed inspector conducts a full visual inspection and moisture mapping of the property, using a calibrated moisture meter and thermal imaging where accessible. If sampling is warranted, we collect air, surface, or bulk samples on-site.
3. Independent Lab Analysis
Any samples go to an accredited third-party laboratory — never analyzed in-house — so results stay independent of our own findings.
4. Written Report & Next Steps
You receive a clear, written report with photos, findings, and lab results (where applicable), typically within 24–48 hours. If remediation is needed, we can write an independent remediation protocol for you to bid out to licensed remediation contractors — we don’t perform the work ourselves.
