Healthy Home Dallas provides independent mold and indoor air quality assessment services. We do not perform mold remediation, repair, or construction work of any kind, consistent with Texas’s regulatory requirement that assessors and remediators operate as separate businesses.
Scheduling & Reports
Inspection scheduling, pricing, and report turnaround times are confirmed at the time of booking. Reports reflect conditions observed at the time of inspection only.
No Guarantee of Future Conditions
A clean inspection or clearance report reflects conditions present at the time of the visit. Healthy Home Dallas cannot guarantee that mold or moisture conditions will not develop after the inspection date.
