Visiting the Website, or communicating with us through it, does not create a client relationship, an inspection or assessment agreement, or any other contractual obligation. Any such relationship or obligation arises only once a separate written agreement has been executed by Healthy Home Dallas.

Before a written inspection agreement is signed, anything we tell you by email, telephone, text message, or other electronic means, including explanations and general information, is offered in general terms only. Such communications cannot replace an on-site inspection, laboratory testing, or professional evaluation of your property.
Healthy Home Dallas expressly disclaims liability for any reliance on informal or preliminary communications.
5. Contact and Booking Forms.
Information you send through the Website, including through a contact or booking form, is submitted voluntarily and at your own risk. We do not guarantee when we will respond to an inquiry, or that any response will be accurate or complete.
Communications sent through the Website are not confidential, and you should not include sensitive or time-critical information in them. The Website is not a means of reporting an emergency. Information you provide is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Mold and Environmental Conditions.
Mold, moisture and water intrusion, poor indoor air quality, and other indoor environmental hazards may present risks to health and property. Whether such a condition is present, and to what extent, cannot be reliably determined without a site-specific inspection and, where appropriate, laboratory testing performed under a written inspection agreement.
Accordingly, the service descriptions, educational content, and general explanations on the Website are not a substitute for a professional environmental inspection. They must not be used to decide whether a property is safe, contaminated, or fit for occupancy or use.

8. Limits of Inspection and Testing; No Guarantee of Discovery.
Environmental conditions can be hidden, latent, or intermittent, and they can develop over time. Even a professional inspection with testing may not identify every condition, owing to limitations such as inaccessible areas, concealed materials, weather, building design, or changes occurring after the inspection date.
Healthy Home Dallas therefore does not guarantee that all mold, moisture, or other environmental hazards will be found, and it is not responsible for conditions that were not present, visible, or detectable when the inspection took place.
9. Scope of Services: No Remediation or Repair.
Healthy Home Dallas provides mold assessment and indoor air quality assessment and testing services. In keeping with Texas licensing requirements that separate mold assessment from mold remediation, Healthy Home Dallas does not perform mold remediation, construction, repair, or corrective work.
References on the Website to remediation or corrective measures are general and informational. They are not specifications, instructions, or assurances of effectiveness. A site-specific remediation protocol is provided only under a separate written agreement.
10. Real Estate Transactions.
The Website is not designed to support or replace due diligence in any real estate transaction. Healthy Home Dallas does not offer opinions on property value, habitability, marketability, or suitability for purchase, sale, lease, or financing.
