What happens next
- Check your inbox (and spam folder) for your booking confirmation.
- Clear access to the areas you’d like inspected, including the attic, crawlspace, and any rooms of concern, so nothing is missed.
- Make a note of anything you’ve noticed, such as musty odors, past leaks, staining, or symptoms. It helps us focus the inspection.
- Do NOT “Air the House out” / “Burp” the home for 24 hrs. prior to appointment
- Turn off any air purifiers that you have in the home
- Do not do any special cleaning prior to the appointment
- Live in your home as you would normally live
- If you use a cleaning service, please do not have them scheduled for 48 hrs. prior to the appointment
